CapeThermic™-Plus Taq DNA Polymerase ReadyMix™ is a mastermix formulation of hotstart, Pfu polymerases, enhancers and stabilizers.  This enzyme possesses a unique rare, weak 3’→ 5’ exonuclease activity, a feature that is absent in wild-type Taq polymerases,  therefore, the formulation provides minimal PCR proof-reading capability.
