CapeSprint™ Taq DNA Polymerase ReadyMix ™ is a ready-to-use 1X reaction comprising of a convenient mastermix made of CapeSprint™ Taq DNA polymerase, dNTPs, CapeSprint™ 10X PCR buffer and stabilizers. Simply add DNA template, primers and nuclease-free water. The formulation minimises the need for optimisation, reduces handling steps, reduces the risk of contamination and increases throughput and reproducibility.
