Standard and specialized PCR amplification

CapeHiFi™ Pfu DNA Polymerase ReadyMix™ is a ready-to-use 1X reaction comprising of a convenient mastermix made of Pfu, dNTPs, 10X PCR buffer and stabilizers. The product only requires addition of DNA template, primers and nuclease-free water. The formulation minimises the need for optimisation, reduces handling steps, reduces the risk of contamination and increases throughput and reproducibility.
