Capebio™ Nuclease-Free Water is prepared in a proprietary process, which yields DNase, RNase, and nuclease-free, deionized water without the use of chemical additives, such as diethylpyrocarbonate (DEPC). It is used in various molecular biology applications requiring nuclease-free conditions, such as processing DNA or RNA (i.e. PCR, cDNA synthesis, or qPCR). This product is sterile and filtered through a 0.2 µmM membrane.
