CapeBio™’s success can primarily be attributed to the support and guidance it received at the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) when the company was still a research project. The project was further supported by the South African Government’s Department of Science and Innovation (DSI), which ultimately led to its firm establishment as a privately-owned company.
