Description: It allows for detection of SARS-CoV-2 virus in extracted human clinical samples. This specific product is supplied with a primer set and labelled probe specifically designed to target the N and S regions of the SARS-CoV-2 gene. The Human RNaseP Gene Primers/Probe are used to target Human RNaseP (a human control gene, which is used as an inhouse control for confirming the quality of the specimen). The analysis of samples using the HPV assay can be performed following a Nucleic acid extraction. The kit does not contain materials of animal or human origin.
