Application: The kit is used for nucleic acid extraction, enrichment and purification. The products processed can be used for PCR/RT-PCR experiments.
Description: The nucleic acid extraction kit offers two methods: spin column extraction and magnetic bead-based extraction. The spin column method uses a lysis buffer and Proteinase K to release nucleic acids, which bind to a silica membrane and are eluted with a low-salt buffer after washing away contaminants. The magnetic bead-based method involves magnetic beads binding to nucleic acids in the lysate, followed by separation using a magnetic field, washing, and elution with a low-salt buffer or water. Both methods ensure high-yield and high-quality DNA or RNA extraction for downstream applications.

Application: The kit is used for plasmid extraction and purification.
Description: The plasmid extraction kit efficiently isolates high-quality plasmid DNA from bacterial cells. The process begins with the lysis of bacterial cells using an alkaline lysis buffer to release plasmid DNA. Following lysis, the solution is neutralized, and cell debris and genomic DNA are precipitated. The cleared lysate containing plasmid DNA is then applied to a spin column or magnetic beads, where plasmid DNA binds to the silica membrane or beads. Contaminants and impurities are removed through a series of wash steps, and finally, pure plasmid DNA is eluted using a low-salt elution buffer or water. This kit ensures rapid, reliable, and high-yield extraction of plasmid DNA, suitable for various downstream applications such as cloning, sequencing, and PCR.
